Trucordia has completed its acquisition of CADA Insurance Services, strengthening its footprint in Louisiana with new offices in Baton Rouge, Chalmette, Gretna, and Kenner. The move aligns with Trucordia’s growth strategy of expanding in key markets and enhancing its service offerings for clients.

CADA Insurance provides a range of coverage options, including auto, home, commercial, general liability, and workers' compensation. Trucordia CEO Felix Morgan welcomed the addition of the CADA team, emphasizing their shared commitment to building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

The acquisition is part of Trucordia’s broader expansion efforts. Earlier this month, the company also acquired Rusty Healy Insurance Agency, a Madison, Mississippi-based firm specializing in auto, home, business, and life insurance. Additionally, Trucordia recently completed the acquisition of Boulder Insurance Solutions, a Colorado brokerage known for its strong community ties and personalized customer service.

Trucordia, formerly PCF Insurance Services, is a top 20 U.S. insurance brokerage headquartered in Lindon, Utah. With over 5,000 employees nationwide, the company continues to pursue strategic acquisitions that align with its mission of providing comprehensive insurance solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
